RP Group of Career Institutions (RPGCI) was officially established in July 2020, during a period when the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic had somewhat subsided. Before that, we operated as a small computer training center under the name RP Computer Institute, providing basic computer education to students.

However, we consistently noticed a major challenge — despite gaining technical knowledge, many students were unable to secure professional jobs. The main reason was the lack of essential soft skills, particularly communication and workplace readiness.

This realization became a turning point for us.

We understood that succeeding in today’s competitive job market requires more than just technical skills. It demands a well-rounded skill set, including professional behavior, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability.

With this vision, RPGCI began collaborating with several renowned institutions across India as a vendor and consultant. We studied their models, learned from their success, and analyzed what truly works in the modern job market.

Over the past four years, we have developed and refined a system that transforms ordinary students into confident, job-ready professionals, especially in Bharatpur and nearby rural areas.

Our Next Step

Now, our aim is to expand our services beyond Bharatpur, reaching other parts of Rajasthan and eventually across India. To achieve this, we are actively seeking:
